Dear Clients, 

 

Thank you for all of your support during our shut down and being patient as our opening is in the hands of our Governor. Please know that when we open we will have all the safety precautions ready to insure your safety as well as our staffs. I have spent the better part of the last six weeks dedicated to insuring our employees get paid and procuring all sanitation measures that we need to open as well as working on schedules.

 

Our stay at home mandate has been extended to May 15th. We still will not be booking clients at this point until we are sure this date will be our opening date. Reason being that there are so many of you and so few of us to keep moving appointments.

 

After giving it some thought, once we hear of our opening date this is what will happen: Your hairdresser will be calling you personally to either reschedule your appointment OR ask you to wait if you have an appointment within two weeks of our opening date. Many of you prebook both cut and color for the year and we don't want to throw off the rest of your appointments. We ask that you PLEASE be patient as now with the given circumstances we are having to adapt to a new routine. You are ALL very important to us and your patronage is of the utmost importance to us and we will be working on getting you all seen.

 

Temporarily we will be open 7 days a week and follow the 10 people in a space at a time and social distancing mandates. You may be asked to come in on a day that is different from what you are used to, please know all of what we are doing is temporary until we can resume business with more people in one space. The best way to support your hairdresser is to be understanding and patient as we have so many more new ways to operate and your safety as well as theirs is our first cause of concern.

 

Please be looking for more emails as to what we need from you our amazing clients so that we can work safely and efficiently. We will also be posting to our Facebook and Instagram pages so if you don't receive additional emails please also daily look at our social media platforms.
